Referencing
Once the landlord accepts your offer, you will be asked to complete a free reference check. It only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Tenancy setup
Once you have passed referencing, the process of setting up your tenancy is quick and easy. Simply pay your security deposit, sign your tenancy agreement,set up your direct debit and you’re good to go. You’ll be in your new home in no time!

Moving in
After your tenancy agreement has been set up, we’ll send you a moving in pack with all the information you need for your tenancy. Your landlord or local Lettings Consultant will meet you at the property to pass over the keys and complete a check in inspection.
